Marjie, The Flipper Queen herself, wanted a conference free of pushy sales tactics, and that’s exactly what we’re delivering.

Event Site Policies

General Admission:

• Admission to the event site is only permitted to those with valid tickets or passes.
• All attendees must present a government-issued ID to verify age and identity if requested.

Prohibited Items:

• The following items are not allowed on the event premises: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, fireworks, large bags, outside food and beverages, drones, and any other items deemed unsafe by security personnel.
• Any prohibited items found during security checks will be confiscated and may not be returned.

Code of Conduct:

• All attendees, staff, and participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event site.
• Please respect the personal space of others and follow any social distancing or health guidelines that may be in place.

Alcohol Consumption:

• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals aged 21 and over. Valid identification must be presented for each purchase.
• No outside alcohol is permitted on the event premises.
• Excessive consumption of alcohol and intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event site.

Smoking and Drug Use:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.
• The use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

Health and Safety:

• Attendees are required to follow all health and safety guidelines, including but not limited to wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and adhering to sanitation protocols, as mandated by local authorities or event organizers.
• In case of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest event staff or security personnel immediately.

Photography and Videography:

• By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes.
• Professional photography or videography is not allowed without prior authorization from the event organizers.

Liability and Risk:

• Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
• Please be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious or unsafe activity to event staff or security personnel.

Lost and Found:

• A lost and found area will be designated at the event site. The event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• The event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise announced. No refunds will be issued in the case of inclement weather.
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be refunded or rescheduled as per the event organizer’s discretion.

Accessibility:

• The event site is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all attendees. Please contact event organizers in advance for any specific accessibility needs.

Amendments to Policies:

• Event organizers reserve the right to amend these policies at any time for the safety and well-being of all attendees. Any changes will be communicated promptly to attendees.

By attending the event, you agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event site without a refund.
